Light cream satin wedding dress with flavored bottom and train. (Like new). Only worn for a couple hours. Has corset back to tighten back and around waist. Long. I’m 5’7”, and I wore 4.5 inch heels and length was perfect. Has not been altered.

tgirard99 @cutecclabo it is a true 14, and it does not have a bustle. I draped it over my forearm, and it looked very graceful, but David’s bridal or any bridal shop can put one in easily and quickly.

tgirard99 @or_sh I totally understand. I can tell you that I tried it on with a bustier/girdle and it was insanely awesome. I didn’t have enough for two items, and planned to go back, but I spent too much time trying find it cheaper! And no time left to go back to David’s Bridal for it! Everyone said I didn’t need it anyway, by well, you know how it is. You want to be perfect on your big day!

or_sh @tgirard99 models make any clothing look amazing... but when you see the dress on a “real” person with similar dress size it stand more true to the fact...

tgirard99 @or_sh I guess I see what you mean, but unless you have the same shape as me, I don’t see how it helps. Anyway, I don’t really know how to measure it, but if you google the designer and dress, you could find the measurements. It has not been altered. And, I ordered it online. I wasn’t able to try on first. It was $1500. It’s now$350. Hard to find a designer dress for that price. It was the one I knew I wanted, so it worked for me.

tgirard99 @blujean1978 the fabric itself — maybe a little give. The way it’s gathered creates a lot of room for give, and lay smoothly either way. It’s perfect for the girl with hips.

tgirard99 If someone has a bit of a belly, but wants an hour glass shape, a corset does wonders and the dress fits smoothly against the cinched waist as well as the fuller stomach. I know for because I tried it on with a corset, and it looked stunning, but I was being cheap and I ran out of time to go back and get it. So the pics of me don’t have a corset, and it flowed nicely anyway.

ambermd84 I am interested in this dress! If you don't mind me asking, what size in clothes do you typically wear? I am between an 8 & 10 but when I tried dresses on last week the 10 was very small. I'm thinking a 14 would work but not 100%.. I am 5'9", 38 DD and a M or L in tops
