minteeboutique @pezaholic I suppose you can since it’s just the elastic band that stretches at the shoulder. But I think it looks nicer wearing as off the shoulder. Hope it helps.

minteeboutique @enaywan I uploaded pictures of the measurements. The difference from the large (white) vs the medium (black) is the stretch on the shoulder and the width at the armpit to armpit of about 1 inch. The length is the same for both size dresses. Hope that helps.
