Breath-taking, lace-trimmed, scalloped edge, red Blue Rain skirt. I ❤️ this skirt but it doesn’t fit me anymore. What a find for YOU! Bought at Francesca’s. Waist 14.5" (slightly stretchy) 95% polyester 5% Spandex 100% Elegant Size: Medium Sturdy silver zipper in back. Very thick, VERY SOFT material. The bottom of the skirt landed a whisper below my knees and I’m 5’2. Falls in a way that makes it look like you have full hips. I got SO many compliments when I wore this! 👑
