There is a story around this dress and how my maid of honor went and bought the dress i wanted after shopping with me, she went back behind my back. My Mom was so upset she gave me the money for another dress this beautiful dress. Never will forget my Mom she was my best friend.

theposhybeehive WOW!!!!!!!!!! This is Beautiful!!! My mom was very eccentric, and I Fortunately, got that from her!!!! She is no longer with me, but I am sure she would have had to have had this dress, she used to make wedding cakes and she had everything one needed for a wedding, the candle holders, etc! (I lost my mom and dad, and miss them terribly.) This is truly stunning, I am sure you were So Gorgeous in it!!!!!

theposhybeehive @ladyjeta Tears are good memories!!!!! That is a shame that no one else likes that style!!! I would wear this for tea parties!!! My mom, me and my Grand Daughter used to dress up (Quite)(you should see my tea party hat!!) for our tea parties!!! So now I keep the memory alive by still having Tea Parties with my Grand daughter! queensgirl12345 I have almost the exact dress purchased in West Palm Beach in 1979. I had a custom made fedora with a huge bow in the back with a veil. I sent it to CA to have it heirloom packaged . I never opened and I should sell it so it can be worn . Too beautiful to waste size 0-2
