phoenixfaun @christleball hi! I’m an 8 and the 38.5 fits me perfectly, so it might be a little snug because like you said designer items tend to run small. However since they are lace there is a little more wiggle room then if they were leather, because I can fit in the 38 I just like the extra .5. Hope that helps!
