radishgifts @igcposh Grey is the last color. The black one was already purchased. The bag is a darker shade of grey. Very neutral looking to be paired with other colors, as black would be. I do have pics posted of the grey bag so you could see the rich color. As for the hardware, it's the same as the photos with the black bag.
