molly1duffy2 Thanks for the tip. I won’t with weights at the fitness center I teach at. I do not lift very heavy because it makes my fibromyalgia pain worse. However I have the genetics to build muscles & my arms are a little larger than an average person wearing a 6-8. Should I order a large for sleeve room, & if I did would the main body part just swamp me?

pdcosc61 @molly1duffy2 here is a tip, usually the difference in the sizes is one inch underarm to underarm and 1/2” in length. That is not 100% but 95% of the time ❤️
