!SOLD! Velvet prom or pageant gown

Its tagged an 8 but the back strap has been altered to 4-6. Top covered in AB stones This was the first dress I purchasedusing PayPal. The sellers weren't honest about the condition and would not refund & I didn't realize I had other options. There were multiple loose stones of which all of those were fixed by the seamstress when she altered the stap. There's a residue on the inside the dress which the seller said was a result of the sticky bra. No damage can be seen when wearing Please see pics
