zaiylee @tayoneill6 poshmark allows the buyer to resell the item on poshmark if you're unable to wear them. there is no traditional return policy.

zaiylee @tayoneill6 the waist has no stretch but the leg portion does stretch. the photos of the measurements sent to us show the large waist at 31.75. based on the information provided the pants should fit.
