@19lynn51 hey thanks for your interest and question. Yes, I can sell the shoes by themselves. As far as sizing, depending on the brand, I am between a 6-7 women's.. The toe is a little long on me, so if I had to guess, a 6.5 would probably fit me the best, so it may run a little closer to a size 7. I hope this helps, and I also measured the shoes from the bottom and got approx 10 inches. Please let me know if you have any other questions :)
