Hi! The tag says hand wash-cold water-mild detergent. I think because of the sequins. Cotton & rayon wash beautifully. material has very little to no stretch. Measurements: from under one armpit to the other is 20" across (40" total); from top of shoulder to hem is 39". Thanks for asking!
