Topshop mini bubble skirt purple and blue flowers

Topshop, mini skirt, bubble. Light blue and lavender floral print. High waisted, zip up with single button up, very cute and very small! In excelent condition. Tag says size 6, but I believe is more of a 4 *measurements upon request*
