leesamarie @wheelchef bust: lying flat starts at 19” and stretches up 22” Waist: lying flat starts at 17” and stretches up to 20” Hips: lying flat start at 20” and stretches up to 23” shoulders: start at 17” and stretches up to 26” (elastic) Length: from top of shoulder 33.5”-34” approximately don’t forget to add a few inches for the “off the shoulder” length.
