taramscloset @sdowneysessa shoulder to hem while hanging is approx 33.5 in (to the hem of the skirt part) and to the tulle beneath the fabric is approx 35 inches. The waist is approx 14 in lying flat. Please see new photos above as well. There is a hidden zipper (pictured) that I forgot to highlight before, and the back of the bodice (the part without sequins) is stretchy.

taramscloset @sdowneysessa certainly. I'll ad a photo of that also - from the back, lying flat, pit to pit, is approx 15 inches not stretched at all. So I would say with the stretchfactor, it could accommodate maybe another inch or inch and a half? I hope that's helpful!! Its a gorgeous dress, and I hope it can work for you!
