Longer style with sheer bottom border adding texture to silhouette. Never worn. Someone gave me a gift which does not fit me. The burn out part is velvet. Very elegant. Could be worn even at a semi-formal event with black dress slacks. Add diamond/genuine imitation diamond earrings and you are your own star. Was a gift and petite does not fit me. This is by Vera Wang although PM lost the notes.
