@dysautonomiamom Hi based on your measurements the 9/10 would be fine. The waist on the 9/10 measures 30 inches and the hips 40" , these jeans have good stretch as well.

@linzy231 they come cuffed, so the 27" inseam is with them uncuffed so they are actually shorter if worn cuffed 24" approximate
