Rare Vintage Leslie Fay Black Short Sleeve Velvet Dress. No size tag but it fits my 2-4 model perfectly. Has an elastic waist w/ 2 small threads for a mini belt (belt not included). Has 2 black buttons towards the top. Satin lining on sleeves/collar area. Really unique staple piece that could go w/ almost anything & be worn nearly all year round. No flaws & doesn’t even look worn at all! Pics don’t do it justice. I would keep if it was my size! Price Firm, Bundle & Save $! See comments too!
