Rare Vintage Leslie Fay Black Short Sleeve Velvet Dress. No size tag but it fits my 2-4 model perfectly. Has an elastic waist w/ 2 small threads for a mini belt (belt not included). Has 2 black buttons towards the top. Satin lining on sleeves/collar area. Really unique staple piece that could go w/ almost anything & be worn nearly all year round.
