amexchange@mindylewis678 Hey, what size were you interested in for the front rise? No, it is not fleece lined. The fabric is brushed on the inside of the leggings. Fabric brushing uses fine metal brushes to rub the fabric producing fine fibers from the woven yarn creating an extra softness on the surface that also helps to hold warmth. Flannel would be the best known example of a brushed fabric.

There is a diamond shaped panel in the crotch area preventing the inseams from meeting in the middle, so i measured from the top of the waistband (1.5" waistband) to the middle of triangle where the inseams would come to the middle if extended The M was 9" while the L was 10"
