pdcosc61@ses54 my Daddy is 93 and a preacher all his life and we are Southern, and just seeing this hat made me laugh so hard I had to get it lol

Jul 08Reply

pdcosc61@ses54 laughing because it is a saying we have in our family ❤️

Jul 08Reply

ses54@pdcosc61 Oh wow! Mine was also a minister! That’s why I noticed it! I grew up in Church!

Jul 08Reply

pdcosc61@ses54 really? Wow, we have a lot in common. On his birthday in March he preached for the last time, it was emotional.

Jul 08Reply

ses54@pdcosc61 Aww I bet. My father passed away in 1993 but was a minister all his life & my life until he had to be put on dialysis. What denomination was he if you don’t mind me asking?

Jul 08Reply

pdcosc61@ses54 of course not you could guess since we are Southern but Baptist. I’m sorry to hear about his passing sweetie. What denomination?

Jul 08Reply

ses54@pdcosc61 We are very Southern also! Boot heel of Missouri & he was an Pentecostal preacher/ the very strict kind! No makeup, short sleeves, long hair, no pants/shorts etc... Ofc I’m no longer affiliated with that particular one but do believe in Jesus! 👍🙏🏻 I think that’s one of the reasons I love fashion because I grew up without it. 😢

Jul 08Reply

pdcosc61@ses54 totally understand my Daddy was that way with my older brothers but by the time I came along he lightened up a bit by the time I was a teenager. But I was definitely a PK and a rebel and even to this day I have to remind him that it is between me and God and we’re good. Lol yep that is what I tell my Daddy 😊

Jul 08Reply

ses54@pdcosc61 Lol I can definitely relate! My Mother was actually more strict than my father. She also passed away last year but I had to tell her that many times. She didn’t like it but accepted it. So nice to meet someone with so much in common! 😘💕 Have a good week dear! Again my apologies about the order. I’m so scatterbrained sometimes lol 🤯

Jul 08Reply

pdcosc61@ses54 no worries at all sweetie I am very disabled and now losing my eyesight so I am waiting any day to make a big mistake. It just takes me a long time but it’s okay. So please it is okay. Promise ❤️😘

Jul 08Reply

ses54@pdcosc61 Awww so sorry to hear! 😘💕🙏🏻I’m also disabled with Fibromyalgia which can cause brain fog sometimes & a host of other ailments as well. You’ll be in my prayers. 🙏🏻

Jul 08Reply

pdcosc61@ses54 you are not going to believe this but I have that also. But I also have aplastic anemia. The two do not mix well unfortunately.

Jul 08Reply

ses54@pdcosc61 omg we are a lot alike! Posh Sisters 👩‍❤️‍👩 lol

Jul 08Reply

klosetklearance@ses54 @pdcosc61 You guy’s are amazing! I read your thread. I’m there too. *sigh* Re: Losing eyesight. My best male friend’s friend, Lauren, who lives in Australia flew all the way over here to Cali to go see an eye specialist a few yrs ago. I haven’t heard anything lately, but can surely ask. Maybe they could help you too!? Also, when I run out of my anti-inflammatory product, I use Cumin! It reduces inflammation. Sugar causes inflammation. Tomato’s too. No nightshade veggies for Fibro ppl!

klosetklearance@pdcosc61 @ses54 Sorry girls. That looks like I have eyesight issues, but I don’t. I’m turfed physically from working a hardcore physical job all my life. Chronic pain for dayyyssss. 😩
