pumpkin1012 Hi and thank you for asking, yes it should fit a 14/16 . I'm just barely at an 18 and could squeeze it all the way on but not over the girls if you know what I mean. I'm a 38 DD which is probably a slight fabrication, I just don't know the size that comes after the DD..lol
