nassimp @gracekimberlee Hi! I just wanted to say that I dropped off your package on Monday the 19th, but I received a message from Poshmark that I should ship it ASAP. I called both the UPS and USPS this morning but they don't take any responsibilities. We could wait for a couple of days, if you didn't get it, I will ask Poshmark to refund it back to you. I am so sorry about that.

nassimp @gracekimberlee that's okay! :) I was waiting for 3 hours on the phone to talk to the USPS customer service and finally they said that they never received the package. So I went to the UPS store and asked what happened and where the package is ... They were unsure and seemed like they lost it and told me to call the USPS (!!) 😒 So I decided to let you know about the issue and solve it between us. I was okay with cancelling the order. No worries 😊 Happy Posh
