Chaps sailboat wrap skirt nautical

Ahoy! Women’s large wrap skirt in great condition. Navy with white and red sailboats. Length 33 inches. Waist variable, as this is a true wrap skirt, but I’d say it will easily and comfortably fit waists from 28-32 inches without compromising the wrap. Looks like cotton but the fabric is viscose.
