Stunning floral design with twin wrap around tie. The sleeves has ruches giving them that puffed out look and shape. Wrap the tie around twice at tie at the front or wrap it around again and tie it at the back for an extra sharp look. Great with jeans or a skirt. Cami underneath also looks great.
