sugarandsparkle @allirobertson92 it is hard to say...I'm usually a 4 as well and they fit around my natural waist line but not tightly. I could wear them around my hips if I wanted or high waisted. Not sure if that helps. 🙈 I'd be happy to measure if you'd like!
