I'm 5 ft 4 in. If you want the dress fitted, then a six but if you want it to fit more like the pic, then size 4. Thanks for the question bc I will add this info to description. The dress on me is fitted but that's what I prefer

it's a size 6 which it wat I wear but it fits me a bit snug. I have 36 i in hips so that might be why. I think the dress would fit a 4 comfortably
