Beautiful Mediterranean blue halter maxi dress with a flowy sheer overlay, circa 2014. Features adjustable straps that tie around the neck, a stretchy rouched waist for definition, and slits on each side of the leg. This is lined with a miniskirt underneath and a lovely layer of sheer fabric on top that allows a beautiful sheer view of the legs! I wore this in Charleston during a warm and breezy day and received tons of compliments! In excellent used condition minus one teeny tiny hole that I’ve photographed for the listing, it’s in the second to last picture!
