januarysummer @kd5832 Hi. You’ll have to wear it without bra, adhesive body bra with or without pads, plunging invisible bra. You can also pin a nice slim brooch and wear with a regular bra. I wear mine with a brooch or a adhesive padded body bra. It lays flat if a person have smaller top. The model is wearing the actual dress size small. Her bust is approximately 32-33”.
