Blue & Cream Fringe Boho Cardigan

I LOVE this blue and white cardigan, but only found a few occasions to wear it. It’s a small but the fit is oversized so it would work for a medium too. It's in great used condition! No stains or flaws. So cute with flare jeans and booties!
