RARE {brandy melville} black dress

Sophisticated and classy Brandy dress with deep v-neckline and long elastic cuffs. Waistline has elastic in it too. Size small dress but I’m normally a size 4-6 and this is slightly big on me in the bust area. This dress looks cute with a belt too. Excellent condition.
