Fashion blazer purple and red floral snap jacket

This is a very unique jacket. There are no tags and no sizing provided. It meaures approximately 24.5 in from the neck to bottom of jacket 20.5 in from side to side in width, and 9 in in from armpit to end of sleeve. It is quite possible that it was handmade in Thailand. It looks like each detailed flower is sewed on individually. Flower colors are purple, lilac, maroon, red, coral, and brownish. Snap closures to fasten. Never worn.
