Hello! Is this Sterling? Is the pearl Faux?

@floridarn Hi! It is a faux pearl. They are sold as rhodium plated; it is not sterling silver. However, they don’t turn. I’ve owned it about 3 years, and I’ve never even cleaned it. I purchased it for $50 from a lady I know.
