LOFT navy striped dress with drawstring waist

This lightweight super soft dress is perfect for summer! Stripes are in shades of oatmeal and deep navy (not quite as dark navy in person as appears in picture). Slightly rolled short sleeves and adjustable tie waist, small slits on sides. Very good used condition with no spots, holes or snags.
