Really unsure how sharing all of my 4 year old listings that I have been too lazy to delete from my closet gets me back for pointing out the obvious that the pants listed are 1. Damaged 2. A few dollars cheaper than a brand new pair on the figs website 3. Figs has stated multiple times royal blue is about to be a permanent color so your listing is not rare.

@rp2827 that is very nice of you. I was raised to stand up to what I think is wrong, and I think selling used/damaged items at the same price or close to the price they are new under false pretenses that the color is “rare” or “sold out”

@asculley check their website. They are sold out in this size. They will be back in a few months. Additionally they are $10 cheaper which is almost 20% off and I stated the flaw. Also they offer free shipping on $50+, these are $48. You’re the one that made an offer to me and I made a counter (and would have been happy to counter further). There’s no need to comment hateful things on my listing.

@rp2827 it was not hateful. It was true. And not a few months, 1- 2 weeks. And with the 15% off figs almost always is offering and the cost of shipping on Poshmark, they are the same price. This price gauging for used/ damaged garments because they are “sold out” is misleading

@asculley if you follow Figs you should know that when they sell out of a color it is normally 1-3 months before it is back in stock. I’m not going to sit here in argue with you. You’re the one that made an offer. I only countered a few dollars more. If my price is so unfair you should go to the website and buy them! Oh nvm they’re sold out

@rp2827 yes but they have made numerous comments that royal blue will be part of the permanent core colors, and they have been sold out since January and I emailed their corporate office to ask the date of the relaunch, to which they responded they could not give me an exact date but to be on the look out the first two weeks in September..... yes they are sold out, but I also made the offer thinking huh I can save money buying them used and damaged
