Lilly Pulitzer Willow Sundress 8/10 (shrunk)

Lilly Pulitzer "Willow" A-line sundress from the 2016 collection, "In a Pinch" pattern. Worn once, then hand washed, and it shrunk (mostly for length). This is a Size 10 but definitely now a bit tighter and could probably fit someone between an 8/10. It has a boned, stretch panel in the back, which gives it some lee-way. Width is 16.5 between armpits, 18.5 to hem from natural waist. The waist (as measured flat off the hanger) is 29 but when worn more like 32 (with the stretch).
