DONALD J. PLINER Ankle Chelsea Boots Tan Suede Upper Elastic Goring for Fastening Padded Collar Size 7.5 Narrow Great Pre-owned Condition. Note, padded heel area, inside of both shoes shows some light peeling of upper layer. Shoes probably had heel cushions glued to the area and damage happened when they were removed, it doesn't look like it is from wear.
