This is a repost and I’m so sad it doesn’t fit! It’s a 14, but fits more like a 12 or even a 10. Elastic off the shoulder top with a flowy skirt. Zipper up the back. Fabric has no stretch, just FYI. Design is stunning - an aquamarine blue! Bust: 42” Waist: 34”
