kayside@imamama2ru Hi!! I am having trouble making purchases. When I enter my information, it tells me that it won't accept my payment method. I don't understand this as this is the payment method that I use for everything. I have tried it several times..maybe more. Have you heard of anyone else experiencing this problem? And thanks for your help and for reacking out 😊

Aug 17Reply

imamama2ru@kayyy179 I had one other lady tell me something about her Apple pay not working. What kind of method is it?

Aug 17Reply

imamama2ru@kayyy179 oh and do you know the exact wording of the error?

Aug 17Reply

kaysideSomething about my card issuer when I type in my card info directly. & the info I type in is correct.. I use it all the time. I am going to try my BlueBird card next, just to see if that works. I just gave to find the dang thing first. Lol

Aug 17Reply

imamama2ru@kayyy179 hmm. Maybe Poshmark just doesn't accept that type of card. What I would do is reach out to them and see what they have to say about it. I bet that takes you off especially if there's something you really want to buy LOL

kayside@imamama2ru well thank you so much for yoyr help. I am going to reach out to them.

kayside@corinnesechrist hi there 🤗. I checked out your closet and shared a bunch of things to my followers and to the Jewelry & Accessories posh party! Welcome to Poshmark, it’s a wonderful platform! You will do wonderfully with your unique handmade jewelry! 🥰✨

Apr 07Reply

kayside@corinnesechrist my best advice to you is to share, share, share your listings, use the keywords that you see in other similar listings (the ones that apply to yours of course) in your titles. This is a great start to getting visibility to your listings and closet. 🥰🥰

Apr 08Reply

cutehosiery@kayside Hey,there. I think you did a good job. Your closet is so exciting. Hope your business is doing better and better. Share your listings. Good luck.

May 20Reply

kayside@cutehosiery thank you! I shared some of your awesome listings as well. You have a wonderful closet yourself! 🥰

May 20Reply

shophotdotcom@kayside hi I have reached out several times with questions since yesterday morning and have not received a response from you. Do you have someone to represent your store with customer service to answer potential customers’ questions? Please have them respond back to me. Thank you

May 22Reply

kayside@shophotdotcom I would be happy to make a deal with you on a bundle though Poshmark does not support shipping labels for over 10 lbs. We can split the items up into more than one order, if you are interested. When bundles go over the 5 lb shipping label, I offer to split the cost of overage shipping with the buyer.. which I have a listing for in my closet. ☺️
