@skim114 so sorry for the late response darling! The arms measure at 23.75 inches. The jacket is lovely and I’ll be shipping it with cosmetic samples from any high end designer of your choice. I have the enveloped Saint Laurent tag that came with it and I’ll also send you a velvet hanger and garment bag. I’ll have it shipped within one day because I know authentications take forever.
