I normally wouldn’t post this but I just don’t want anyone else having the terrible experience I had & get scammed out of their money. I bought a Kate Spade bag from this girl (paid ~$80) and when I received it there were these tears on ALL the straps. She had told me there were NO flaws other than a couple ink stains inside. When I mentioned it to her she said that she never “noticed anything” and that maybe it tore bc I used it, but I never used it at all. (see comment for continued)

shiba_shop I never filed an issue bc I thought maybe I could get the straps fixed, but I wanted to get a partial refund for the flaws she didn’t say anything about. She also seemed really nice at first so I trusted she would make it right. However, right after I brought it up she started ignoring me and I’m pretty sure she blocked me too bc I can no longer comment on her posts. CONT.

shiba_shop After that she went on a trip and never got back to me. Just to let you guys know, so I never used the bag bc I wanted to prove that I hadn’t caused any of the flaws. Now, a few weeks later, that one strap (in first pic) completely tore (after just sitting on my desk). After her ignoring/blocking me and the strap completely tearing I’m positive she knew of the flaws (probably glued the straps before) and hid it from me to scam me.

asilrae @akita_stuff I would still put in a support ticket. They may be able to do something especially if they look at her initial listing and the fact that she blocked you.
