when you say 'runs small' what are the measurements across the chest area? and the shoulders?

@vrburns2424 it runs small in the sense for myself for instance sometimes I wear a medium. Other times I wear a large. So for this sweater it’s safer to order the size up. I can’t take measurements right now. When I get home I can. Thanks for your interest !
