jerseyglam@andreaelisa8 Hi! It's made pretty well and doesn't fall down easily. There's a silicone rubbery trimmed edge along the inside at the top that also helps keep it up. It can also be worn with the straps on the shoulders.

jerseyglam@harietw Hi! I think it may fit - the small is pretty small. If needed it can also be worn with the sleeves on the shoulder - if you check out the second photo the model to the right on the end shows it worn like that. It also has a rubber thin strip along the inside at the top to help hold it up.
