This is a vintage Tommy Hilfiger sweater. It is a size small and has a snap closure at the neck. If snapped all the way up, it is a turtleneck. The front has raised letters and the sides and bottom of the sleeves are white and the rest is navy blue. At the bottom of the wrist is a small Tommy logo (shown in last photo). The fabric content is 100% cotton. There is wash wear and pilling. I have not used a fabric shaver on this item.

@alexmax Absolutely! Measurements are all with the sweater laid flat without intentionally stretching. There is some stretch to the fabric, so measurements are approximate.
Chest: 14.5-15"
Bottom Hem: 14"
Shoulder to Bottom Hem: 24"
Sleeve Length: 24"

@alexmax The measurements seem small, but it fits like an XS/S. I added a photo at the end of it on. I currently wear size small or occasionally XS.
