klosetklearance @thedresschest You’re Sweet, but keeping it real/honest, no, it doesn’t. Lol Sorry, I’ll explain. If you want, you can look at any of my pants/shorts/skirt listings to see what I’m looking for. I give both Flat Stretched & Flat Unstretched, bc something’s only stretch out an inch or two, while other items go out 10”. I fluctuate between a 32” & 35” depending on my food/sugar intake. 😬 Sadly no 2 maker’s are alike, so we can never go by anything except true measurements.

klosetklearance When you give it a tug, (without causing major stress on the fabric) how big does the L go? I love these shorts! It’s almost Fall, but I would still buy to wear with OTT boots 😉
