Cobalt blue hi-lo racerback trapeze dress

This dress is tough to photograph because it is soft and unstructured. Cobalt blue (the first pic is the closest to true color), round neck, racerback, hi/lo hem, unlined. It has a trapeze shape—It falls with soft pleats and folds. Great with cute sandals for casual outings! Needs a slip unless sheer is your thing 😃
