Great vintage Denim! Light Wash. High Waisted. I think these look best rolled or cuffed but you could also just wear them down and they would have a boyfriend look to them. Brand is Chic and tag says 12 but listing as Vintage and 28. Rust stains on the waistband on left and right hips. No other flaws. When flat, measurements are as follows: Waist: 14.5" Hips: 20.5" Rise: 13" Inseam when flat: 6" Inseam when rolled twice: 3"
