sharlight01 @whitneymcm In general I feel that they do though there have been exceptions. This particular dress however does fit true to size. :)

sharlight01 @caliainjo Hi Angel, thx for your patience! I just added measurements so I hope that helps. There is about 1" stretch at the bust and some at the hips but the waist doesn't really have any. Thx! :)
