goshletmeposh @scelauro These are a relaxed fit. Are you normally a small I tops? I would go true to normal women's size, and from your measurements I would say Small :) Definitely don't size up it would be too baggy.

goshletmeposh @trendyclassics My one piece of advice is get your license to buy wholesale from companies directly and not from Poshmark Wholesale portal. It is unbelievably overpriced through the portal. I find Poshmark to be slightly misleading and a bit sketchy with promises of making profit via wholesale portal. I buy from outside companies.
