kvnpep @bfreed7 and the same for the S/M, shoulder to wrist. The only size difference is across the chest. Laid flat there is a 1 inch difference.

kvnpep @franny_pantz it's only about 1.5 inches wider laid flat. The sleeves or the shirt isn't any longer.

franny_pantz For future buyers: I am more of a SM/MD and bought the MD/LG and would say that it’s more of a medium than a large. I like my stuff oversized so I probably wouldnt mind buying the LG/XL either. :) This hoodie was worth every penny!
