@tinkandpanman Hi, the measurements are approximately 17” top of shoulders across, 25” top of shoulder to bottom and arm length beginning at top of shoulder 26”. The jacket is water resistant and fabric content is 65% polyester, 34% rayon and 1% elastane. Lining is 100% nylon. Hope this helps!
