pdcosc61@ahalo you are me sweetie if you read the comments I say that. I am a true 7 at first I thought they were a tad loose and I wear socks but I love them. They are so comfy and honestly I wear them all the time. I would not go up or down in size if you are a true 7 like me 😊

ahalo@pdcosc61 lol. I guess I should have read it. Sorry. So you don’t think I should go with a 6 1/2? I wear 7 in most shoes and running shoes I wear a 7 1/2. Also are these a higher top? I can’t tell from the pics. Like above the ankle.

pdcosc61@ahalo they are padded around the ankle a bit. I think if you sized down and you never wear a 6 1/2 I would be afraid they would be too short. You wear running shoes, they do not fit like that, they are for comfort with the look of a sneaker. Have I totally confused you?

ahalo@pdcosc61 hey no thank you for giving me details. I’ve had a few bad experiences and like to ask lots of questions before purchasing. I love the look of the shoe. I have a bad ankle so my only real worry is how high the ankle comes up. Would you mind giving me the measurements from bottom of shoe to top at where the ankle bone hits? I had surgery on my ankle so some shoes wear on me and hurt if they are too high you know.

pdcosc61@ahalo I measured several things, one thing to know it is not heavy or hard so thought extra measurements would help. From inside the shoe, the measurement in the back is about 2 3/4” it curves down on side from the back which is 2 1/4”. Does that help? If you need another measurement I will be happy to.

ahalo@pdcosc61 Thank you for measuring for me. I'm sorry i'm just getting back with you. I measured my shoes and the most I can go if you are measuring from the inside of the shoe bottom to the top where the ankle will hit is 2". Most of mine are little less than 2". Anymore then I'll have a problem with it rubbing that ankle. Thank you for helping me though. I do love the shoes!
